Over the past week we have connected the client side of the app to the Fairbase database. Enter information about various topics and related articles within the database. We made the connection between them as follows: Every time the application is loaded or the database is updated, the content of the application is loaded accordingly.
In addition, we started by changing the architecture in which the code was built, in order to add tabs that would help the user see articles that belong to the same category he chose, which requires us to switch to using fragments instead of regular activities.
On the design side, after submitting our script, we got feedback and comments from Noa and Ofir. We've worked on fixing and changing the content and the visual accordingly. In addition, we looked for other websites where we can edit our anime videos and found a really great website called Animaker that fits our needs and built our sketch. Here's the first screen:
Moreover, we started to write the text which will appear on the landing page of our product website and the lab website. The text should describe our app, it’s goal and the way it works technically. After submitting this draft as well, we receive back feedbacks comments form Noa and fix the problematic sentences accordingly.
